Campo Fire and Rescue and the San Diego County Fire Authority
are now accepting applications for Reserve / Volunteer Firefighters.

Campo Fire Application for Reserve Firefighter.

Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Valid San Diego County EMT-1 or valid First Responder and enrolled in an EMT class.
Available to work a minimum of (4) 24-hour shifts per month
Valid California Class C Driver's License
Ability to obtain Firefighter Class B Permit by the end of 6-month probation
Must reside within San Diego County

After review of your application by Campo Fire you will be contacted and asked to complete additional paperwork required by the San Diego County fire Authority. At that point you may choose to apply for a position at Campo Fire only or Campo Fire and/or any other department in the county covered by the County Fire Authority.
