1. Begin 6:40 pm meeting was called to order by Walter Ogle. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

4. Board needs to decide who will pay FICA for Backfill Money

1. Auxiliary Report:

No official report from Carmen. Jeff said we collected approx. $3400.00 with more to come in.

2. No report on pending grants
3. Benefit Fee: DPLU needs to resolve problems with our accounting system. Roger will call Patty Tan to try to resolve the problem.
4. Budget Committee: Done, will be on the web soon.
